Terms of service

1. The service

Tavolino lets bars and restaurants create and publish digital menus reachable via QR code, and order related print products (QR plaques, paper menus).

2. Account and content

You are responsible for the content you publish (dishes, prices, photos, allergen information). Allergen information shown to guests is provided by you: always verify its accuracy, which remains your responsibility as a business.

3. Plans and payments

The Free plan is free. Pro is a monthly subscription handled via Stripe, cancellable anytime effective at period end. Print orders are one-off payments; prices include VAT and shipping.

4. Prints

At payment we freeze an exact copy of your menu PDF: that copy is what gets printed even if you edit the menu afterwards. Delivery times are indicative.

5. Limitations

The service is provided "as is". We strive to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts violating the law or these terms.
